New Market Bank Launches Full-Service Mortgage Department

Industry veteran Tom Hazlett hired to lead department

We’re pleased to announce we now have a full-service mortgage department, led by industry veteran Tom Hazlett.

As a Fannie Mae-approved lender, we offer Conventional, VA, FHA, construction-to-permanent and home equity loans from established investors and provide access to several homebuyer assistance programs to ensure our customers get the financing to best meet their needs.

Our knowledgeable mortgage professionals guide customers from application through closing with the nimbleness and high-touch service inherent with New Market Bank. We’re licensed to lend in all 50 states, giving us the ability to help finance second/winter homes.

Tom Hazlett, SVP-Mortgage
As senior vice president-mortgage, Hazlett will manage all aspects of the department’s operations and production. He previously led mortgage operations for two community banks, serving homeowners, builders and remodelers from across the Twin Cities while amassing a breadth of experience in 20 years. He has been an active member of the Burnsville Rotary since 1994.
